Mary Todd Online Store - FAQ & Terms of Conditions

Please be aware of the shipping and refund policy for the Mary Todd Online Shop before ordering. They can greatly effect your satisfaction and overall happy face if something happens to go wrong. Rarely packages do get lost in the mail, but 98% arrive quickly and safely.




Orders will ship within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If a product has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on the product description. Please do take the time to read all the product descriptions. 




The shop accepts VISA, Mastercard credit/debit cards, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Contact Mary Todd for local pick up.




All the orders are packaged very carefully through USPS. Orders currently ship from Georgia. An email is sent when your order is shipped with your shipping information - if you have not received this information, please check your spam folder and/or contact the shop.


Delivery Time


USPS delivers in 2 - 7 days depending on your location in the USA and shipping rate. USPS delivers to non-US countries typically 7 to 10 business days (2 weeks) but may take longer because of customs procedures.




Return Shipping
Unless Mary Todd made an error, return freight and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend tracking for US orders and insuring items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage for international / non-USA returns.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Mary Todd reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. 

Damaged Items
If you discover an item is damaged in shipping, please contact Mary Todd immediately.  Please keep the damaged items and packaging for a return.  Photos will need to be supplied through email and in certain cases the damaged items will need to be returned to Mary Todd.

Incorrect Orders
If you discover an item is damaged in shipping, please contact Mary Todd immediately. 

Cancelled or Refused Orders
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address.  This policy is the same for Refused Delivery orders. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued refund and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $4.00) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

Improperly Addressed Orders
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for improperly addressed / wrong addressed orders.
